The “Céu do Dedo de Deus” Church is, in it’s statute, named as the ECLECTIC CENTER OF THE UNIVERSAL FLOWING LIGHT LUIS CAMPELO (CEFLULC).

1. ECLECTIC CENTER, for enjoying the best and most sacred teachings in all systems.

   Raimundo Irineu Serra, Master Irineu, founder of our doctrine in the 30’s, is our spiritual guide, together with his follower and godson, Padrinho Sebastião.

   Our gratitude and loyalty to Master Irineu and Padrinho Sebastião are due mainly to the fact that it was them who introduced us to our Celestial Mother and Father. They gave us a direction in life. Now we know where we are going, and we have a Mother and a Father who accompany us. There is no greater treasure in life.

   Master Irineu, whom we also call Master Juramidam, left us the basis of the doctrine, for us to follow in the so called “evolutionary eclecticism”.

   Communing with the Holy Daime and silencing within, it is possible to understand perfectly the Master’s words , inside ourselves. They teach us always to BE and not simply "appear" to BE, not to judge and to understand we are all one. They guide us towards evolution, inner transformation, having as guidelines truth, harmony, life, health, joy, love and spiritual peace. Only in this way will we contribute to humanity‘s upliftment, for we are part of it.

   To be coherent with the above virtues, out of love for life, for ourselves and for all beings we, in the CDD, don’t consume any foods that implicate the sacrifice of animals, alcohol, cigarettes, or drugs of any kind. For the same reasons, we strive to always have ecologically correct attitudes. Here dwells love amongst all of us, for God, for all beings and all realms, for He is everywhere and in everyone.

   Evolving and always doing our best is how we humbly arrived where we are, and we intend to go much further. In this dwells the marvelous work of our Father-Mother God’s infinite creation. Life is evolution, constant transformation. Whatever stagnates becomes ill and is subject to death.

    We understand that in this way, doing what Master Irineu and Padrinho Sebastião taught us and keep teaching, we are contributing to a better World.

    In this line of love and union we feel our brotherhood / sisterhood, and have respect for all Santo Daime / Ayahuasca currents, as well as all religions. We have our hearts open to all teachings of the New Age, receiving in goodwill all that comes from God.

    In this path of love, we were introduced to other spiritual leaders and their godsons and daughters and the family grew and keeps growing. God opened our horizons and unity transcended even the Santo Daime Lineage Doctrine. In this regard, Master Francisco and his noble people were of fundamental importance, and we harbor a special affection for them.

   For those who don´t know the Spiritual Works of Master Francisco’s lineage, they are the union between the Santo Daime and the Vegetal.

   In the same way, we are in syntony with the teachings of other spiritual leaders who were here, or still are, working for the coming of the New Age.

   Also, musically we search for unity in diversity. All musical instruments are welcome as long as they integrate the harmony of the whole. Above all, the words of the hymns must always be audible. In the words dwells the doctrine itself in the shape of verses. The instrumental part must be the frame, in a harmonious and beautiful whole. This is achieved through the understanding that each one must be a part of an even larger orchestra which includes the Angels themselves and the Divine Beings. What unites us is the attention to the words of the hymns and our love for God and for all beings. In this way, love, gratitude, compassion arise from the depth of our souls. In balance we make the group stronger and we collaborate in the creation of the “Universal Light Body”

2. UNIVERSAL FLOWING LIGHT means the cosmic energy, divine love, that flows eternally, that comes and goes, that we receive and give.

   At the Céu do Dedo de Deus, all we receive we also give, whether it be spiritual or material gifts. For this reason we live in light and prosperity.

   This light, this cosmic energy, flows and evolves. Therefore, it cannot stop, become stagnant, nor can we create obstacles to its constant movement. Suffering is the resistance to change, to light and love’s eternal flow.

3. PADRINHO LUIS CAMPELO (photo below), was a member of the traditional Doctrine of the Santo Daime who, for his wisdom, purity and humbleness, received from Padrinho Zé Ricardo this simple tribute.
